Duties include, checking people in and out, taking payment for services that we offer, upselling our tours and attractions, advising people on what to do and informing them of activities we have organized.
We need people to have the following attributes:
- Friendly personalities that make people feel welcome
- Previous experience handling cash
- Ability to work weekends
- Professional yet fun
- A genuine interest in helping people enjoy their time in Sydney
- Strong character to handle any situations should they arise.
- Attention to detail
- Target driven
- Willing to ensure all guests have an amazing time, that they want to tell their friends and return
We would prefer people with experience in a hostel and a strong preference to hire Sydneysiders.
We use the system Charts, so Charts knowledge is preferred but this can be compensated by your personality and willingness to learn!
The job is Full Time 5 shifts per week including weekends.
